Our team is led by Managing Partner Grey Schuhmacher and supported by Vacation Rental Specialist Matt Patterson. Grey has a dual BSBA degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing, as well as 10 years in hotel and property management.
Montana Rentals By Owner is part of the Resortia Rentals By Owner network which began in 2003 serving the needs of homeowners and guests in Vail, Colorado. Over the past few years we have expanded to premium destinations to become the largest independent vacation rental agency in the Rockies including Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snowmass, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Winter Park, Deer Valley, Park City, Jackson Hole, Keystone, Big Sky and Crested Butte.
